Staying Connected At Home: Logging Into Your MA Solution

With the uncertainty around COVID-19, calls for social distancing, we are fully expecting that many of us (Higher Logic included) will be working from home as much as possible for the foreseeable future. For some of you, this made add to your day as you attempt to navigate a familiar platform from home.

To that end, we wanted to help ease that transition for you with some tips and tips and tricks.

  • MA Professional (Informz)
    • When you are logging into Informz for the first time from a new location (i.e. different IP address in tech speak) we will send a verification email to the email address associated with your user login id asking for you to validate that "it's really you." You will be familiar with this from Google sign-ins or your bank validating your email or username.

  • MA Enterprise (Real Magnet)
    • When you are logging into Real Magnet for the first time from a new location (i.e. different IP address in tech speak) we will send a verification email to the email address associated with your user login id asking for you to validate that "it's really you." You will be familiar with this from Google sign-ins or your bank validating your email or username.
    • Similarly when you are logging into Real Magnet for the first time from a different browser (i.e. Firefox vs Chrome) we will follow the same process as if you were coming from a different IP address.

We strongly suggest you try to login from home during the week to ensure you are able to login.

While Higher Logic is not able to provide 24/7 in-person support for non-platform wide issues, we want to partner with you to navigate any issues that might arise from trying to access your accounts from home.

To that end, we will be working to mitigate requests for assistance on weekends (8am-8pm EST) that come in with any of the follow words in the subject line:
  • Access to Informz
  • Access to Real Magnet
  • Locked out
  • IP validation
  • Password Reset
  • Can't access
  • Can't login
  • Account locked
  • Login help

We will do our best to treat these items as urgent and provide immediate resolutions.
